Since 1960, families of Sherwood Park and the surrounding communities have come to know Glenwood Memorial Gardens for its beautiful parklike setting, sparkling ponds and local wildlife. Our 79 acres are dotted with mature trees, benches and colourful flower gardens creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere for friends and families to gather and reminisce. The added convenience of our new on-site funeral home, constructed in 1999, has ensured that Glenwood will continue to meet the evolving needs of today’s families from one beautiful full-service location.
Annual Father's Day Remembrance Service
Sunday, June 21st, 2009
1:00 pm to 4:00 pm
For all the things your father was to you,
honour him this Father's Day, write a message of love
on a balloon and then release it to heaven, balloons
courtesy of Glenwood Memorial Gardens.
Then stay and join us on our patio overlooking
the duck pond between 1:00pm and 4:00pm and
enjoy BBQ hotdogs, light refreshments, and
tour our beautiful facilities and gardens.

Whitemud Drive Route
East on Whitemud Dr. to Range Road 232, turn left onto Range Road 232 for approx. 2.5 km, turn left into Glenwood Memorial Gardens.
Yellowhead Trail Route
East on Yellowhead Trail to Highway 216 (South), turn right onto highway 216 and take the Sherwood Park/Wye Road exit. Once on Wye Road, turn right at the 6th set of traffic lights onto Range Road 232 for approx. 1 km. Turn right into Glenwood Memorial Gardens.
82 Avenue (Whyte Avenue) Route
East on 82 Ave. (also known as Whyte Ave.). 82 Ave. becomes the Sherwood Park Freeway, which then becomes Wye Road. Once on Wye Road, turn right at the 6th set of traffic lights onto Range Road 232 for approx. 1 km, turn right into Glenwood Memorial Gardens.
